I had the most amazing hour Indian head massage and full back massage with Vaida. She used absolutely lovely homemade essential oil mixes on my hair and skin that left my hair super soft and smelled wonderful. I had some pain in my back and hip and she used a warm red light that really helped relax the area and gave me great advice about treatments that might help. She’s clearly so knowledgeable and passionate about wellbeing, I felt in such capable hands. I was super relaxed after my session and I absolutely can’t wait to go back. Thank you so much, Vaida!!

I arrived for reflexology 1 week overdue; feeling tired, sore and over it. I’d heard reflexology could stimulate the onset of labour… I also love reflexology and needed a bit of pampering. Vaida exceeded all expectations. I immediately felt relaxed in her nurturing presence, I dozed off into blissful oblivion as she worked through my reflex points and at the end of the session I was sure I’d had a niggle… I certainly felt lighter and calmer. 4.5 hours later my waters broke. And then 24 hours later my beautiful baby girl was born. The birth didn’t go to plan, but I can attribute feeling calm and strong about adapting to the medical needs to my earlier session with Vaida. And I fear had it not been for the reflexology I would’ve been pregnant to the end of time!

Been for a couple of the Himalayan hot stone massages with Vaida and they are amazing. Great for joint pain and relaxation and Vaida is really good at listening to problems and focusing on issues. The heat of the stones made it really relaxing relaxation and was unlike any other massage I’ve experienced.
