Cancellation Policies

When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you and missed appointments prevent me from accommodating other clients in need of the services.

The Wellbeing Hub Cancellation Policy

Please note there is a 48 Hour Cancellation Policy. Clients that wish to cancel or change an appointment are kindly requested to provide 48 hours notice or full payment for the treatment will be charged.

ONLINE BOOKING:

  • To ensure that all of my clients are treated fairly and are able to receive treatment in a timely manner, I asks that you provide at least 48-hours’ notice if you need to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment.
  • Any change or reschedule of your appointment with less than 24-hours advance notice or failure to keep your appointment (if you are a no-show) you will be charged a fee of 100%.
  • REPEAT-OFFENDERS – if you consistently cancel/reschedule within 48 hrs or do not show up for your appointments, after the 3rd time, you will be asked to pay full price in advance and in case of rescheduling, cancelling or not showing up, you will be charged the full price.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Same policy applies.

LATE ARRIVAL

No fee is charged but your appointment will end at the scheduled time. For that reason, please arrive on time.

If you don’t know exactly our location please check it in advance, make sure you have enough time to park and find us.

PARKING

Free parking.

SEXUAL MISCONDUCT

Sexual misconduct is strictly prohibited. Any inappropriate remarks, advances, or gestures will result in immediate session termination, with full payment required.

These policies ensure respect for the therapist, the massage centre, and a stress-free experience for all clients.

If there’s simply no way of avoiding a short-notice cancellation, remember that you can send a friend or family member to enjoy the massage!

INNOVA AESTETICS CANCELATION POLICY

Please note there is a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. Clients that wish to cancel or change an appointment are kindly requested to provide 24 hours notice or the deposit will be lost.

ONLINE BOOKING:

  • When booking online, you will be charged a deposit of half price that will go towards your appointment. Deposit is non refundable in any circumstances.
  • In the event of a no-show, (i.e., not attending the appointment and not contacting us) this deposit will be retained.
  • In the event of a cancellation or re-schedule of less than 24 hrs notice, this deposit will be retained unless the appointment slot can be filled by another client.
  • In the event of a reschedule of more than 24-hours prior your appointment, this deposit will be transferred to the next appointment. You are allowed to reschedule your booking 2 times without losing your deposit.
  • In the case of a block session, you will lose the session.
